Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role is to prepare and produce high-quality baked goods variety of toppings in line with company recipes and production schedules, ensuring consistency, food safety, and efficiency in a commercial kitchen environment
Duties and responsibilities:
Measuring, counting, and weighing products
Following strict recipes and recording batch details
HACCP knowledge- Routinely cleaning equipment, utensils and work areas
Complying with safe systems of work and safe operating procedures
General food production / Bakery
Preparing and working to recipes
Cooking- including the use stoves, Combi Ovens, Brat pans and grills
Skills and experience required:
Manufacturing background in commercial Bakery
Comfortable working with food machinery
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Detail oriented and skilled in accurately completing all production paperwork
Strong work ethic
Able to commit to 5 days ongoing
Capacity to undertake physically repetitive and manual work
High personal hygiene standards
Legal right to work in Australia

Our taco tortillas are made daily from fresh corn, the same way Aztecs and Mayans enjoyed them.
Like a Fonda in Mexico, all of our food is made from scratch, in-house by Fondarians. Our beef is 100% grass-fed, our pork is 100% Australian sow stall-free, our chicken is RSPCA approved, our fresh rockling and prawns are all caught in Australia and our corn tortillas are made from 100% non-GMO corn husk.
