The role

We are currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and passionate Centre Manager to take on a leadership and mentoring position in our team at our Norman Park Centre.

About you

Full unrestricted Australian working rights

Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services (Bachelor of ECE will be highly regarded)

Minimum of 4 years' experience in an early childhood education leadership position

Current, valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)

Current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Good computer skills in order to use our online programming software

Availability to work any shift between 6.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday

Our centres are licensed by the State Department of Education, Office for Early Childhood Education and Care and are accredited through an assessment rating system which is governed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority ( ACECQA). Some of our centres are yet to be rated in the new assessment rating system, however, have all received the highest rating under the previous governing body known as the National Childcare Accreditation Council.
