What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in childcare management

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Commitment to team development and staff well-being

Have a demonstrated commitment to professional-pedagogical practice, with a capacity to mentor and support others in achieving best practice.

Have a thorough understanding of the NQF and its effective implementation.

Have demonstrated experience in capably managing and driving the business aspects of the centre.
