About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic safety professional to:

Deliver high-impact manual handling training tailored to staff and settings.

Support district-wide injury prevention through hands-on risk assessment.

Build capability in others through mentoring and education.

Collaborate closely with a skilled WHS team and engage clinical and corporate services.

Contribute to a positive safety culture that protects staff and patients alike.

What You'll Bring

Certificate IV in WHS or relevant experience in manual handling/WHS

Strong understanding of WHS legislation and SafeWork NSW Codes of Practise.

Experience in delivering engaging, practical training to diverse groups.

Confidence conducting risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to design and evaluate training packages aligned to real-world needs.

Valid Class C Driver’s Licence and ability to travel across CCLHD sites.
