About the role
The purpose of the Product Engagement Officer is to coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across the spatial products portfolio to support effective communication, feedback loops, and relationship management.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure their needs are represented in product planning and delivery.
- Coordinate and support communication activities related to product changes, updates, and new features, ensuring consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.
- Support project teams by assisting with business analysis, user engagement, and delivery planning to align with stakeholder expectations and operational requirements.
- Provide application support and user guidance across spatial products, including coordination of tier 2 and tier 3 support responses.
- Provide specialised support and user guidance across spatial products, including advice about the vehicle access processes, vehicle standards, and regulatory requirements including the HVNL, road, vehicle and travel conditions.

About You
As the ideal candidate you would have experience in engagement of coordinating support for a software product. You have a solution focused mindset and be outcome driven to support. You are adaptable and able to influence and guide various stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Extensive media, communications and/or social media experience with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, apply attention to detail, and approach challenges with curiosity and a logical mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction
