Senior Digital Communications and Campaigns Adviser opportunity

• Approx. $65-$70 per hour plus Super dependent on experience
• Assignment duration is up to 3 months. Immediate start.
• Melbourne CBD/Hybrid Home Arrangement

About the role

Regulatory agency requires an experienced Senior Digital Communications and Campaigns Adviser to join them on a 3-months contract based in Melbourne CBD. As the Senior Digital Communications and Campaigns Adviser, you will support the delivery of projects to improve the agency’s website including coordination of website processes, content redevelopment, training and support as well as support and enhance the agency’s ability to communicate and interact effectively with its stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development of an annual campaign plan in consultation with senior leaders
• Lead in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the agency’s objectives, navigating the Victorian Government Master Agency Media Services (MAMS) process
• Lead quality, consistency and strategic direction of digital content and key user journeys on the agency’s website and provide specialist support to deliver user research and usability testing to shape content decisions and user experience enhancements
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve digital capability across the agency’s website and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate, develop and evaluate marketing strategies and initiatives to reach and engage target audiences
• Lead the strategic planning and delivery of key events in collaboration with other business units and key stakeholders
• Provide high level analysis and consumer insights to inform strategy for campaigns and website initiatives
• Develop engaging and creative content for a range of audiences and channels

Key Selection Criteria

Experience and skills that you will need to demonstrate include:

• 5+ years' experience in a digital communications and campaigns role
• Victorian Government Master Agency Media Services (MAMS) process experience or experience delivering large scale marketing or advertising campaigns in a government environment would be highly advantageous for this role
• Proven relationships with key marketing agencies and knowledge of media buying processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or similar field is required
• Victorian Government Master Agency Media Services (MAMS) process experience highly regarded

Casual Loading
