The Role:

Be the friendly face that greets customers, answers calls and books jobs in

Provide clear updates to customers on vehicle progress, timelines and costs

Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate bookings and workflow

Handle invoicing, quotes and basic admin duties

Help create a seamless and professional customer experience, from drop-off to pick-up

Assistance in the workshop on occasion (if qualified)

Is This You?

A customer service pro with strong communication and sales abilities

Attention to detail, dependable team player and a can-do attitude

Motivated, reliable, and ready to step up

Hold a valid driver’s licence and full Australian work rights

Computer literate (booking systems, invoicing, email)

Experience:

Experience and understanding of automotive parts

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering the customer solution

Mechanical experience preferred (highly regarded if you are trade qualified)

Must have Dealership/Automotive/2IC experience
