Speedy Towbars is a family-owned industry leader in vehicle towing accessories. With over 20 years’ experience and a reputation for quality and customer care, we’re one of the largest stockists and installers of towbars and towing accessories in Queensland.

We're growing fast — and we need a capable, motivated, and hands-on Branch Manager to help drive our Slacks Creek location.

🛠 The Role

As our Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations across the fitment centre. You'll lead a team of installers, to ensure jobs run on time, parts are ordered and managed, and customers get the high-quality service we’re known for.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with long-term potential for the right person.

👇 Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a team of fitters to deliver high-quality installations

Manage daily workflow and job allocations to meet deadlines

Maintain stock integrity — oversee ordering, returns, consumables and stocktake

Troubleshoot technical issues and support the team with hands-on advice

Ensure the workshop is clean, safe and running efficiently

Deliver excellent customer service and represent our brand with pride

Liaise with head office on scheduling, quoting and job priorities

Actively manage available workshop bookings to optimise profitability

🙋 About You

You’re experienced in the automotive or mechanical trades, and you’re ready to lead. Whether you're already a manager or a senior fitter/foreperson looking for the next step, you’re organised, proactive, continuously developing yourself and not afraid to take ownership.

What you'll need to succeed:

Previous experience in a workshop, service centre or automotive trade environment

Confident leading a team and managing schedules, stock, and customer expectations

Strong knowledge of vehicle accessories and installation (towbars, brake controllers, 12V preferred)

A commitment to high quality work and safety

Strong communication and leadership skills
