The Position, but not limited to:

• Manage a great portfolio with a HEAP of support
• Property Manager is only required to conduct Finals
• No Routines or PCRS
• Inhouse Leasing Agent so you are free to provide good service to clients
• No Trust Accounting| No BDM
• Full-time Administrators and VA's for support

The Criteria:

• Previous Property Management Experience
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Working knowledge of real estate software
• Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
• Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
• A strong team player with Excellent presentation
