The Position

• Full time, in-office position supporting the Property Managers with all Tenant related queries.
• Tenant Engagement & Support
• Communication & Education
• Conduct tenant inductions for new tenants
• Manage incoming tenant phone calls and office walk-ins
• Handle all tenancy-related queries and requests
• Educate tenants on the systems, tenant portal, and maintenance platform
• Action & execute processes for new tenants, vacating tenants, lease renewals, break leases, routine inspection scheduling, pet requests and associated admin tasks.
• Support with tenancy application processing and referencing
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues

The Criteria

• Minimum of two years previous experience in property management.
• Current PM Registration and drivers license
• Strong admin, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Excellent time management and care factor
• A desire to learn and develop your career
