They focus on delivering projects that have a true triple bottom line outcome and pride themselves on quality as well as the social, environmental and commercial outcomes.

They are launching a new estate in one of Perth's most active corridors (Wanneroo area) and require a motivated, confident and experienced land sales professional to take it by the horns and get this project out to the builders and buyers alike.

You will be supported by industry leaders in sales management, marketing, development and finance to ensure that you can just focus on the important part, selling blocks.

To be considered you will have worked in land sales for 2+ years and have a proven network of builder reps and referrals partners to help you succeed.

You will of course need your Sales Registration, own car/license and be a confident communicator and sales person.

This role is well suited to someone that has experience as an autonomous 360 land sales consultant, they are also open to someone from a 2IC sales support role and are ready to take the lead role on this amazing new project.

Long term growth will include exposure to other new projects coming online, and as the team grows you will grow with it.
