Our client is renowned for being a market leader in their field and are presently seeking a motivated & talented Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team as soon possible. This growing international business are currently looking for a driven candidate to join their close knit team based in Melbourne and hit the ground running in their next role. Position Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager the role will include but not be limited to:

• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
• Reconciliations
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Process employee expense claims on a weekly basis
• Assist with relevant reporting duties
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:

• Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Prior experience using SAP or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
