As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares. You’ll play a key role in supporting people with disability to reach their goals, while playing a role in growing stronger ties with our community.
About the Role
As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll manage a portfolio of NDIS participants, coordinating personalised, high-quality supports aligned to their individual goals. You’ll serve as the central point of contact—building real relationships with participants and their families, their support teams, monitoring support delivery progress, and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, with time spent in the office, at home, on-site with participants, and engaging in community or sector events.
Your week might include:
Onboarding new participants and guiding them through their NDIS journey
Monitoring service quality, shift notes, incident reports, and goal progress
Matching support workers with participants in ways that just make sense
Overseeing SIL supports and liaising with employment services for supported work participants
Developing and overseeing implementation of Capacity Building Programs that achieve real outcomes
Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
Representing Better Connections at expos and community events to grow our reach
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking someone who gets things done—but always with empathy, insight, and intention. You see the big picture but also care about the details that matter. Most importantly, you believe in the power of person-centred work.
Proven success in program development, implementation, and evaluation
Experience in NDIS support coordination, case management, or disability employment supports (highly regarded)
Great communication and collaboration skills
Organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable engaging with participants, families, and providers alike
Qualifications & Requirements
A Cert IV or Diploma in Community Services, Case Management, Disability, or related field
Working knowledge of the NDIS, SIL supports, and employment-based pathways
Experience using client management systems (CareMaster experience is a bonus)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Current NDIS Worker Screening and all mandatory training
