Your Gig?

Lead and inspire the first International U Health café team at Bondi’s groundbreaking social wellness club. As U Team Supervisor you'll oversee the overall operations of a restaurant, ensuring operational excellence as the 2IC. Assist with training and motivating the team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

In a nutshell
You'll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring team efficiency

You'll monitor team performance to maintain high service standards

You'll train and mentor new and existing team members on procedures, food safety, and customer service

You'll coach, develop and motivate the team, addressing training or service gaps

You'll assist in inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.

You'll ensure compliance with Virgin Active’s Quality, Security, Safety, and Cleanliness (QSVC) standards.

You'll oversee hygiene, safety, and cleanliness to maintain an excellent member experience.

You'll support cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting, stepping in when required.

You'll assist in executing sales promotions and ensuring merchandise is presented effectively.

You'll collaborate with the team to drive sales while maintaining brand consistency.
