Based in Melbourne's West, their services span branded merchandise, signage, warehousing, and software—helping leading brands across Australia and beyond connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. With offices across Australia & New Zealand, they support some of the country’s most recognisable names in activating and scaling communications.

They are currently seeking a highly capable Systems Administrator to take ownership of their internal infrastructure and security environment. This is a pivotal role that will see you working closely with both internal stakeholders and an external IT provider to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company’s digital growth strategy.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with the external IT provider to design and refine infrastructure solutions
• Provide Level 1-3 End User Support to the local office
• Manage, maintain, upgrade and harden Linux servers
• Work with the Head of IT in modernising Infrastructure into AWS
• Oversee and enhance both on-premises and cloud-based environments ( Linux & AWS )
• Deploy and manage security measures including IAM, firewalls, encryption, and OS hardening
• Improve development workflows through DevOps practices or similar methodologies
• Create tools and dashboards to boost visibility and reporting across IT and business units

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience in Level 1-3 End User Support
• Previous experience working with Linux, in particular Ubuntu
• Solid grasp of networking, cloud platforms, and server infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AWS services - bonus
• Understanding of Networking & Security technologies
• Excellent communication skills for cross department collaboration
