Incredable Ltd is launching an exciting new enterprise focused on recycling! We're building a dedicated team to help us divert waste from landfill, recover valuable materials, and create local employment opportunities. We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join us as Operations Team Members.

This is a dynamic role where you'll be involved in multiple aspects of our recycling process, from collecting mattresses, fire extinguishers and gas bottles directly from customers to processing them at our facility and preparing materials for their next life.

The Requirements

Someone who enjoys physical work and can comfortably lift and move heavy items.

A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.

Basic communication skills for positive customer interactions during collections.

Previous experience in a manual labour, warehousing, or similar role is a plus.

Experience driving trucks or vans for collections is beneficial.

A valid Driver's License is required.

Willingness to learn new skills, including specialised safety procedures for degassing.

This is a full time role Monday to Thursday.
