The opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Development & Strategy, you’ll take full ownership of hotel design across an expanding portfolio of luxury and lifestyle projects. You’ll drive concept development, set design standards and ensure every project reflects the brand’s luxury ethos. Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end design: oversee concept development, schematic design and detailed documentation for new hotel projects, ensuring designs embody luxury and align with brand standards.

Coordinate stakeholders: work closely with internal development, acquisitions and operations teams, as well as external architects, interior designers and consultants, to bring each project to life.

Maintain brand integrity: develop and enforce design guidelines and brand standards across all assets, ensuring consistency and excellence.

Project & budget management: manage design budgets and schedules, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and ensuring designs meet commercial objectives.

Innovation & sustainability: incorporate sustainable design principles and stay abreast of global trends in hotel and hospitality design to keep the portfolio at the forefront of guest experience.

About you

A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in design management, architecture or interior design, with a focus on high‑end hotel or hospitality projects.

Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept through to completion, coordinating multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design trends, guest experience and brand development.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners.

Qualifications in architecture, interior design or a related field; professional registration preferred.
