Venture Education is launching our once a year recruitment initiative and are seeking Industry expert, Certificate IV 40116 Training and Assessment qualified mentors, (potentially multiple trainers across Qld) to join our growing team to work with our Early Childhood Education students and partners.

We are looking for open minded, motivated, loyal and dedicated colleagues to join our high performing team and help us grow! Either permanent part-time or full time roles. There is flexibility for outstanding candidates!

Our Early Childhood and Business programs are delivered blended (online & workplace), so your ability to be very organised and planned, communicate well, build relationships and support students through high quality training and assessment, will have you succeed in this role.

You will be required to ensure students receive fortnightly communication support (phone, email, F2F), progressing through their qualification and outcomes are achieved for your students as well as:

Form strong relationships and implement support strategies with students & services

Complete required admin in MS Office, Google documents

Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Travel will be required in this role as you will be visiting students in their workplace across your local region.

Continually promoting our services and programs to grow the region will also be critical to your success.

About You:

Early Childhood Education & Care advocacy with relevant industry experience.

Professional, loyal and motivated to be part of a growing team

Well organised, great time-management skills and computer literacy

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals

Ability to work autonomously and happy travelling multiple days each week

th a range of programs (traineeships & funded) and meeting KPI's

Ability to contribute to the team and help shape future direction.

Experience and qualifications:

To be considered you must meet the following selection criteria:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Trainer and Assessor experience (preferred)

Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Children's Services or higher (required)

Early Childhood education leadership experience (required)

Knowledge of QLD funded programs (preferred)

Open Licence and reliable vehicle - travel is required for the role

Working with Children Check (Blue Card) required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills
