FGP Moreton Inc is a not-for-profit that has been operating for over 10 years to provide quality education and care to regional and remote communities in Queensland. Your Role

Caring for, and educating young children at our Charleville Early Learning Centre in Charleville.

Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.

Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.

Contributing to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.

Participate in maintaining a fun, engaging and safe, learning and working environment.

Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the Charleville Early Learning Centre.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a full time (76hrs/fortnight) Educator.

The perfect candidate would be a Diploma Qualified Educator, however applicants with a Certificate III and willing to complete a Diploma are welcome to apply.

Ideally you would have a high level of written and verbal communication, and be able to build warm and respectful relationships with families and children while remaining professional always.

The candidate should have an ability to work collaboratively within a small team.

Applicants must have;

the right to work in Australia,

have a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willing to obtain,

prior experience in early learning and care centres,

sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF,

a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or

a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and willing to complete a Diploma.

About Us

Charleville Early Learning Centre is the only Child Care service in Charleville, where a small team of educators create a homely and caring environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years to learn and thrive.
