Civil Construction All-Rounders – Labourers, Pipe Layers & Multi skilled Operators

With a strong pipeline of exciting projects kicking off in 2025, we’re looking to expand our crew and are calling for expressions of interest from skilled and motivated Civil Construction Labourers, Pipe Layers, and Multiskilled Plant Operators.

Opportunities Available:
We are seeking skilled workers across multiple disciplines, including:

Civil Construction Labourers:

• General Labourers – Building and Civil Construction.
• Pipe Layers

Plant Operators:

• Excavator (8–36T – GPS & Final Trim)
• Skid Steer
• Front End Loader
• Roller
• Water Carts
• Moxy Operators
• Grader Operators
• HR Licensed Operators (or above)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform civil construction duties, including roadworks, drainage, footpaths, kerbing, and general infrastructure upgrades.
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with asphalt, concrete, and drainage work.
• General Building and Construction labour.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to WHS requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Construction experience
• Relevant tickets and certifications.
• Drivers licence or HR Licence (Unrestricted preferred but not essential) & Reliable vehicle.
• White Card (mandatory).
• Cert III in Civil Construction (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow site safety protocols.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing and obtain a Police Clearance if required.
