Protech SA is seeking experienced pipelayers for a leading civil construction company. With projects across metro and regional Adelaide, our clients deliver a range of civil works, including bulk earthworks, stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure, urban renewal, and road construction. ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Monday-Friday work
• $37.00 - $40.00+ per hour, depending on experience
• Penalties after 7.6 hours, plus daily travel allowance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret plans to determine layouts and material requirements
• Install stormwater, sewer, CST, and water mains
• Operate and monitor tools such as pipe lasers, dumpy levels, and grade rods
• Excavate, backfill, and compact trenches to grade specifications
• Grade and level trench bases using tamping machines and hand tools
• Handle and distribute materials safely according to project needs
• Maintain and clean equipment before and after shifts, reporting any issues

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Construction White Card
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Experience in civil construction pipe laying, including sewer, stormwater, watermain, and CST
• Additional RII tickets will be highly regarded
• Cert III in Civil Construction Pipe Laying (advantageous)
