Important update on location: this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Event Strategy and Delivery (ESD) Branch during a period of growth and transition. Initially based at Factory 2, 130-138 Link Road, Melbourne Airport, 3045, the position will relocate to the new warehouse at 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne from November-December 2025. The new location will become the primary workplace for the ESD branch from January 2026, with some teams transitioning ahead of this date.

What you will be doing

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager plan work schedules for all staff and delegate tasks accordingly.

Managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring all systems and records are accurate.

Assisting with the planning, development and co-ordination of delivery and collection schedules.

Monitoring and evaluating risks and issues within the warehouse and escalating accordingly.

What you will bring to the role

Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills while meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skilled in identifying and evaluating emerging issues and being able to take the appropriate action.

High level of computer skills using stock control systems and Microsoft.

Forklift and current driver's license mandatory.
