Our Opportunity
The Lead, Complaints and Tip-Off Management is primarily responsible for providing legal support to the Complaints & Tip-Off Management team relating to assessment of complaints and tip-offs received by the VGCCC.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and prioritises the highest risks or threats in non-routine and complex matters.
- Analyses evidence quality to determine the need for supplementary evidence to enable regulatory decision-making
