We are seeking a full time Schedular to join our team based in Warrnambool.

Matthews Petroleum has been operating a large truck fleet delivering fuel throughout western Victoria for the past 50 years, and more recently southeast of South Australia. We have fuel depots located in Warrnambool, Portland and Mount Gambier with trucks based at these locations. Our fleet of trucks deliver fuels to a wide range of customers including Agriculture, Transport , Marine and Earthmoving.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling day to day deliveries of bulk fuels from multiple depots to customer sites.
• Ensuring fuel deliveries are efficiently plan by optimising load size and geography location.
• Operating database system to maintain customer delivery demand.
• Achieving customer service level requirements around unplanned urgent deliveries.
• Liaising and communicating with drivers and customers daily.
• Monitoring of fuel tank levels across multiple sites
• Support Depot Operations Manager.

Skills Required:

• Critical thinking with a focus on problem solving and solution-based outcomes
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Operational experience would be seen as advantage
• Develop a good understanding of Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) and national heavy vehicles regulatory requirements
• Computer Skills to Operate Planning and Microsoft Office Suite
