The Gertrude Hotel in the heart of Fitzroy, is seeking someone to help support the Venue Manager with day to day service and operations. Working with an amazing team of staff in a beautiful venue, you'll be proud to call it home.

ABOUT YOU:

restaurant management/ assistant venue manager experience with a talent for creating memorable and welcoming experiences for all guests

a passion for food, people, and hospitality

a strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails

enjoy working as part of a focused (and fun) team

demonstrated experience leading a team

demonstrated knowledge of managing the ins and outs of a large scale restaurant/ event space or pub

have excellent communication and organisational skills

experience working upscale events and private dinners a bonus
