Post Placement Support and Claims Consultant
As a Post Placement Support and Claims Consultant (IEA), you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Participants who have entered employment, provide regular post-placement support and liaise with employers to verify and monitor ongoing employment.
This role includes building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, lodging outcomes, processing ongoing support fees, and ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements.
