We are currently seeking applications for a System Support Consultant to join Shared Services SA Business Systems at The Department of Treasury & Finance on an ongoing basis. This position will be located at the Port Adelaide office.
Remuneration: ASO6 - Salary Range ($98,478 - $104,165 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
The Business Systems team within Shared Services SA supports the key applications used to provide corporate and business services to client agencies. It is accountable for providing secure and robust services for these applications and delivering enhanced functionality in conjunction with software vendors.
The System Support Consultant reports to the Senior System Support Consultant and is responsible for undertaking support and maintenance activities for various cloud-based business applications, including the Basware Invoice Management system (Basware), Tungsten TotalAgility scanning and document capture system (Tungsten), Cadency financial reconciliation system (Cadency) and eInvoicing Access Point (Applications).
About you
You will have extensive experience in the provision of support for software-as-a-service business applications, aligned to the ITIL methodology, including configuration management, incident management and release management.
The incumbent will be required to liaise with a range of staff within Shared Services SA and Agencies receiving services.
To be successful you will have:
Extensive experience in undertaking comprehensive testing of Application upgrades, enhancements and fixes.
Experience in the application of data management and application security practices.
Proven ability to analyse complex issues in an independent and logical way leading to the formulation of solutions and improvements.
High level communication skills, including the provision of expert technical advice to a range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team whilst effectively managing priorities, to meet critical deadlines.
Track records of providing timely and high-quality customer services and developing collaborative relationships with key business application stakeholders.
