We will be providing these services from a number of sites, including Adelaide North, Adelaide South, Adelaide East, Adelaide West, Adelaide Hills
Employment Coach
As an Employment Coach, you will be supporting people with disability and other complex barriers to find and keep a job. No two days will be the same—your role will be varied, dynamic and deeply rewarding.
You will work one-on-one with a caseload of Participants, helping them navigate personal and vocational challenges, building their confidence and connecting them to real opportunities with local employers. Your focus is on people, progress and purpose.
Workplace Coach
As a Workplace Coach, you’ll support people with disability in maintaining meaningful employment by providing tailored, on-the-job coaching that responds to both individual and employer needs. Your role is dynamic and people-focused—building confidence, resolving workplace challenges, and fostering sustainable employment through strong relationships and practical support.
About You:
Our successful candidate will bring:
the ability to connect with people at all levels to achieve their goals
a solution focused approach to supporting people with disability to thrive in their community
experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
a passion to work towards and achieve results
the ability to work autonomously alongside a high-performing team
Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
