We need superstar call centre agents with a sales-minded, enthusiastic attitude in our entry-level sales position on a part-time basis. Work 5 hours: 1 pm AEST- 6 pm AEST daily.
THIS IS A COLD CALLING ROLE + warm inquiries
Our average call centre agents make $900-$1200 WEEKLY, which equals an average of $36-$46 an hour!

About the role:
Your core responsibility will be to contact prospects who have pre-inquired through social media platforms and set a FREE in-home visit. Hit targets and meet KPIs. Firstly, must be driven, reliable and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects and educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar and/or a Water filtration system.
No scripts, so just having a genuine chat with prospects
Effective use of the dialer and dispositioning of calls
Monitor and report to the call centre team leader
Learn how to handle objections and ease prospects into asking you when we can book
Continuously ensure that set targets and KPIs are achieved
Must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and hit KPIs
NO selling, book a free assessment for homeowners.
Cross-sell the idea of other products on offer. Allowing agents to increase their EARNING!
Requirements:
1 year of experience in an outbound call centre role is preferred. However, if you love talking and have a positive attitude with a high drive, this is the job for you! We will train you!! to be a superstar, they earn $$$$
Must be able to work on a set schedule (part-time) Monday to Friday, 1 pm AEST- 6 pm AEST.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Above-average influencing skills
Good internet, quiet space, headphones and computer access
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to comprehend and simplify the benefits of solar to potential customers
Demonstrated experience in hitting key targets and KPIs
Good knowledge of dialer systems or good computer literacy
