Your Role as a Contract Administrator:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our contracts, projects, and services are effectively managed and aligned with our company’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts and agreements.
  • Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records for contracts, projects, and services.
  • Resolving inquiries and addressing issues related to contracts, programs, and services.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to meet project and operational goals.
  • Advising senior management on key contractual matters and implementing their decisions.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Preparing and analyzing detailed reports on organizational activities and project outcomes.
  • Coordinating logistics for new furniture acquisitions, warehousing, and office arrangements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Experience in logistics coordination, including acquisitions and office arrangements, is a plus.
  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related discipline. (Highly Preferred)
