HVAC Service Team Leader – Sydney & Central Coast

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing team. We are currently recruiting for a Service Team Leader that is looking to further their skills and be part of a long-established business. Your role will include leading a team of Service Technicians and Apprentices, providing technical support, auditing and quoting, attending client meetings, as well as service, repairs, upgrades and routine maintenance of commercial / industrial air conditioning systems in the Sydney Metropolitan and Central Coast.

Can-Do Attitude!

NSW Drivers Licence

White Card

Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential

The successful applicant must have in depth knowledge in service, maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC Systems in the commercial and industrial sector.

To be considered for this role you must have 5 or more years experience as a Senior Service Technician, excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to lead the team by example, have the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and co-ordinate professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
