About the role
As the Early Childhood Development Officer teacher you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of an innovative educational program for children from 6 weeks to 6 years within the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate a quality program with the children that is inclusive of the Early Years Learning Framework principles
- Critically reflect on each child's learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Lead, model and implement effective pedagogical approaches to support children's learning and development outcomes
About You
We are looking for a teacher with:
- ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification
- Previous experience working with children age 0 - 6 years old in an Education and Care Service
- Current Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) Certificate
- NESA Teacher accreditation
- Paid Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Drive and passion for Early Childhood Education.
- Your work will enable Council to advocate for and promote the development of children and provide support to their families.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $87,851 to $96,771 plus 12% superannuation.
