The Role:
An opportunity has opened for a Senior Administrator to join the firm and be responsible for undertaking all associated administrative tasks. Your duties will include:
- Processing new clients
- Establishing new SMSF funds
- Preparation of client letters
- Preparation of dividend statements
- Provision of support to SMSF Accountants
- Preparation of client files
- Monitoring workflow in Xero Practice Manager
- Compile financial packages
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Adhoc administrative tasks as required
About You:
You will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Ideally you will have the following:
- Experience working with Class Super
- Experience working with Xero Practice Manager
- Experienced working with FYI Docs and NowInfinity
- Ability to manage workflow
- Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients
