About the Role

The Renmark Club is undergoing a major redevelopment, including a full deck rebuild and extended trading hours. We're now looking for a casual Chef or experienced Cook to join the team as we head into this next stage.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be working across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night trade on weekends. We're after someone who can stay composed in busy services and contribute to new menu ideas.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of meals during high-volume services

Assist with specials and new menu development

Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Support junior staff when required

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols

What We're Looking For

Experience in busy, fast-paced kitchens

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliability, consistency, and the ability to handle pressure

Food safety/hygiene certification

Must be currently living in Australia with full work rights

Minimum requirement: Australian Permanent Resident (no sponsorship available)
