What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to the highest standards

Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Providing excellent customer service and supporting the front-of-house team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Food safety and hygiene certification
