The Grange Golf Club is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our team on a Casual basis as we approach our peak period. Hours per week are expected to be 20-25. The Club will host LIV Golf Adelaide again in 2026 – a very exciting time to be a part of our team.

Founded in 1926, The Grange Golf Club is one of Australia’s premier golf clubs with two internationally rated 18-hole championship golf courses, both ranked in the top 50 golf courses in Australia and an award-winning hospitality venue. The Club is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

Position Description –

· Ensure timely preparation of meals achieving quality standards

· Food preparation for functions

· Ensure stock rotation and assist with stock take

· Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning and design

· Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations

· Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with orders and rostering

All about you –

· A minimum of 2 years previous experience

· Hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

· A passion for delivering quality service to members and guests

· A strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays

· Have the right to work in Australia
