About the role
As the Physiotherapy (Mobile Treatment) Team Leader at Ache Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating our mobile physiotherapy team. This full-time position is based in Glebe, NSW and involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality, personalised physiotherapy services to clients in the local community.
What you'll be doing
Lead and manage a team of mobile physiotherapists, ensuring they provide exceptional client care and adhere to best practices
Coordinate the team's schedules and client appointments to maximise efficiency and responsiveness
Liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare providers to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Monitor client progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as required
Maintain detailed records and reporting on client interactions and physiotherapy services delivered
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the physiotherapy team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ache Group's mobile physiotherapy service offering
Help design future interactive programs to support best patient outcomes
What we're looking for
Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Minimum 5 years' experience as a physiotherapist, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional client-focused physiotherapy services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Proficient in the use of physiotherapy-related software and technologies
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
