A varied role combining front desk reception, assist in injury rehabilitation and overseeing injury recovery classes.

Your role: can be divided with a mix of front desk reception and practice administration, rehabilitation sessions, group functional stability, strength sessions and 1:1 individual training sessions.

We place emphasis to spend time in our clients’ recovery with education, guidance and motivation through every physiologic milestone, ensuring the optimal outcome and goals are achieved.

Our clinic has all the rehab equipment, and facilities to assist our clients succeed. We have 5 dedicated treatment spaces, clinical Pilate’s reformers, a full strength and conditioning gym, with treadmill.

Mentorship program to fast track your career.

Our mentoring program is designed to fast track your thinking, led by our senior physiotherapist who has 30 years of musculoskeletal knowledge. Contribute to a business growing and developing a significant reputation for providing world class injury recovery programs.

As the first point of contact for our business you will place customer needs foremost with a professional and friendly manner. You should possess excellent communication skills and time management along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks, work schedule and developing role.

Being an integral member of our Physiotherapy team, you would be responsible for a highly varied role including;

· Greeting clients, being the first impression of our business

· answering incoming calls

· liaison with Physiotherapists, Doctor’s and Surgeon’s

· correspondence for Physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation

· letter and document typing, including Insurance management plans for injury recovery.

· Electronic diary management, client appointment bookings and practice management system, patient invoicing, HICAPS and EFTPOS payments

· Responsible for practice supplies & rehabilitation equipment

· Data input

· Invoicing, account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and XERO knowledge would be advantageous.

· You would require computer skills including; word, excel, power point

· Knowledge of Apple Mac and ipad would be beneficial

You would also be working with the principal Physiotherapist on various projects aimed at business development, focusing on improving clients’ recovery from injury and their long-term health. We will be refreshing our website and social media program. Knowledge of these would be useful for your input into our practice.

The Health Professionals and Support Services Award defines your employment, and dependent upon skill and abilities, your role would be between classification Level 1 - 4 Support Services.
