About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to apply high level dietetics skills and knowledge in the assessment and treatment of Hospital in the Home clients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team, in order to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability and quality of life.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Deliver high level dietetics clinical services across a variety of caseloads to acute and subacute HITH patients in a community setting, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, with minimal direct supervision.
• Provide timely, high level clinical advice to a range of health professionals, supervisors, managers, and stakeholders, regarding nutrition and dietetics service delivery, processes, prioritisation, and development of dietetics clinical services.
• Monitor and report on clinical work practices and outcomes within the HITH clinical service area.
