A well-established commercial builder with a strong presence in the industrial sector is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Sydney team. With a busy tender period ahead, they’re looking for an experienced estimator who can hit the ground running and add value to their growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a high salary package and long-term career progression.

About the Role You will lead the end-to-end tender process for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, working closely with senior leadership, project teams, and a solid subcontractor base. This is a key role with influence over the success of upcoming projects ranging between $30M–$100M+.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in the Australian construction market
• Proven success tendering and winning projects $30M+
• Background in commercial and industrial new-build sectors
• Degree in Construction Management or similar
• Strong subcontractor relationships across Sydney and NSW
• Excellent communication, pricing accuracy, and documentation skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
