Pearl Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a well-regarded contractor specialising in civil and construction projects across the Pilbara region. With a strong presence in Tom Price, Paraburdoo, and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a critical Rio Tinto infrastructure project.

About the Role:

• Location: Rio Tinto Yandi
• Roster: 2:1 | Day shift only
• Hours: 12-hour days
• Rate: $60.00 per hour + super
• Duration: Temp to perm – long-term opportunity

Job Scope:
You’ll be operating 1.8T to 17T excavators through a live camp environment, working on the renewal of underground water services. Precision and care are essential, with preference for operators who have experience working around services or in similar live settings.

What You’ll Need:

• Excavator operating experience in civil or mining environments
• Operating Tickets
• Final trim capability (essential)
• White Card
• Current Rio Tinto inductions (advantageous)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a small team
• Current Australian Drivers License
• Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
