We are seeking an Industrial Painter/Sand Blaster to become a valued member of the Nufab Industries team.

Permanent full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

About the Role

As an Industrial Painter/Sand Blaster, your key responsibilities will include:

✔ Preparing various surfaces for painting
✔ Masking and taping off sensitive areas
✔ Mixing and applying paint and other materials as per specifications
✔ Cleaning all spraying equipment after each job
✔ Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance & maintain spray & blast equipment
✔ Working safely and efficiently, following all health and safety regulations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have industrial paint knowledge, particularly with metals

Have experience in a manufacturing environment, spray painting, and/or sandblasting

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Be a team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Be open to learning and adapting to change

Hold a current driver’s license (advantageous)

Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening (essential)
