The Opportunity:
Take over as Site Manager on a 7-storey, $10-15mil apartment build in Ashmore that’s already underway – you’ll be walking into a live site around Level 5 of structure. From there, roll straight into a $25-35mil luxury residential tower just up the road in Surfers Paradise.

This is a stable, long-term role with a commercial builder/developer that backs its people – giving you the autonomy to run your site properly, with the systems and support to do it right.

The Company:
This privately-owned builder/developer delivers quality builds ranging from $1mil - $40mil across sectors including government, defence, industrial, education, aged care and multi-res. Their Gold Coast work is firmly focused on the multi-residential space.

Their projects are design-led, architecturally complex, and built on decades of industry experience across the East Coast. With strong staff retention, systems that actually work, and a national delivery team behind you, you’ll be supported while still being trusted to run your site like it’s your own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running daily site operations and leading trades across multi-res projects
• Keeping the program moving and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance
• Working closely with your PM and delivery team
• Taking the job through to handover – then stepping right onto the next one

What You Bring:

• Proven Site Manager experience on multi-residential builds $20mil+
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
• Based on the Gold Coast
