About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital advertising strategy. This is a hands-on role focused on lead generation through paid channels. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.

This isn’t an agency role — every dollar you spend is directly tied to company growth. You’ll work directly with the directors, have a say in creative strategy, and see the results of your work in real time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn

Build and optimise campaigns for lead generation

Work closely with our directors to align ad strategy with business goals

Track performance using GA4, ad manager dashboards, and HubSpot

Test creative and copy to improve conversion rates

Manage landing pages and ensure campaigns are converting

Support SEO and email marketing where needed

Identify new growth opportunities through data and insights

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience managing performance-based digital ad campaigns

Experience in running high budget campaigns

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Proven ability to deliver ROI-focused campaigns

Experience with GA4 and performance tracking tools

Experience in lead generation for service-based businesses (finance a bonus)

Working knowledge of email marketing tools

Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making

Bonus: Experience with HubSpot and SEO
