OCS Building Maintenance t/as Midcity Group has provided expert building repairs on residential and commercial properties to the insurance industry for over 35 years in Western Australia. We expanded into NSW in 2019, VIC in 2023 and most recently to QLD with ongoing growth we continue to build our team.
Midcity Group specializes in providing reporting and investigation services to assist our clients in determining the extent of their liability on an insurance claim. Following client approval, we co-ordinate and project manage both minor and major construction works for residential and commercial portfolios. Our business operates within strict KPI measurements to meet client expectations and is supported by a sophisticated job management system.
The role:
Internal and external residential repair works
You must be experienced, trustworthy, professional, and able to leave every work site clean and tidy and demonstrate a high quality of work.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Proficient with technology such as iPads.
Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation including the relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures applicable to MCG.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service

Skills & Experience required:
Qualified painter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
A valid driver's license
White card, ability to complete a police check and blue card (working with children)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
