Site Supervisor/Estimator – Insurance
Location: South Brisbane Route| Field & Office Hybrid
Salary: $100k – $110k + Super + Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone, iPad & Tools

What you'll be doing:

• Managing multiple insurance repair jobs from start to finish
• Coordinating trades, timelines, and materials
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Working closely with homeowners, assessors, and suppliers
• 2 days per week in-office for reporting, team meetings, and planning

Work Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-min break)
Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-min break)

What we’re looking for:
Qualified Carpenter – trade background essential
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (must hold)
Previous experience in insurance repairs or insurance building
Someone practical, respectful, and motivated
Confident managing trades and speaking with clients
