We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in a key support role. If you’re an organised multi-tasker with a professional phone manner and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll work closely with our sales team, customers, retailers, food service clients, and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling customer phone enquiries and providing excellent service

Entering and processing customer orders accurately

Raising invoices and maintaining customer records

Managing inboxes and responding to emails professionally

Supporting logistics, distribution, and production planning

Conducting product testing and assisting with inventory control

Coordinating stock orders and assisting with stock takes

General administrative tasks (filing, scanning, spreadsheets)

This role is based in an active production and warehouse setting, so you must be comfortable working in a factory environment and collaborating with production and dispatch teams.

This is a casual position offering 30–35 hours per week, with the potential for a full-time role after 6 months.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role

Excellent communication and phone manner

Strong attention to detail and time management

Confident using software systems and handling data entry

Organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

Comfortable working in a warehouse/factory-style environment

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

A positive attitude and respectful team approach

Full training will be provided.
