Role Overview:
As a Trade Floor Team Member, you’ll be the face of our Trade Centre—serving customers, processing sales, and keeping the floor running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role that’s essential to our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve trade and retail customers at the Trade Centre and drive-through
Process sales accurately using the POS system
Pick and pack orders for collection or delivery
Load vehicles (including trucks) safely and efficiently
Restock shelves and maintain product displays
Keep the trade area clean, safe, and organised
Assist with general warehouse and trade counter duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
Valid forklift licence (essential)
Current driver’s licence (essential)
Ability to lift and move stock safely (manual handling)
Reliable, team-focused, and customer-friendly
Good communication skills
Right to work in Australia
Willingness to work rostered shifts, including some early starts
Willingness to complete required training
Employment may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment
Employment Terms:
Position is offered on a casual basis for the first 12 months
Option to transition to part-time or full-time employment after 12 months, based on performance
Typically rostered for 38 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. Additional hours are often available, should you wish to increase your pay!
