We are looking for entry level and senior consultants based in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and Wellington. For an entry level position you must have a minimum of 5 years consulting or industry experiences, and for the senior consulting role 7 to 10 years. Operational improvement, change management and/or business analysis experience is an advantage. Also experience managing teams would be highly regarded.

We are looking for people who are hands-on, engaging and intelligent. and have experience delivering successful outcomes that have achieved tangible, measurable improvements, be it in a consulting or in-house capacity.

The people we seek will have the following experience and skills:

Utilities, Government and/or Mining sector while not essential is preferred

Managing multiple deliverables and teams

Process re-engineering and improvement implementation

Management operating system development and implementation

Behavioural change management

Communication at all levels of a client organisation

Degree level tertiary qualifications

For a the senior consulting role a demonstrable track record of successful project implementation in a leadership role

These are 3 to 6 month contract positions with the potential for full time employment and/or ongoing engagement. These roles provide the opportunity to grow your experience in the field learning key operational improvement and project management skills.

This role requires 5 days/week working on the client's premises. While there is some flexibility this is not a hybrid role. Also, interstate and international travel may be required.
