About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating business operations, developing strategic solutions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that align with NDIS guidelines. This role plays a vital part in our growth, audit compliance, and service delivery, particularly as we expand into key areas such as SIL, STA, and SDA.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and improve business operations and processes

- Develop and implement strategic solutions

- Lead change management and performance monitoring (KPIs)

- Conduct financial and operational analysis

- Prepare reports and present to stakeholders

- Support staff development and stakeholder engagement

- Stay updated on NDIS policies and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Health, or related field

- 3–5 years’ consulting or senior advisory experience, preferably in healthcare or disability sectors

- Proven skills in business transformation, strategic planning, and compliance

- Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and audit processes preferred

- Strong financial and project management skills
